Checklist for consultation:
Do you also know this problem - going home following a consultation you notice that you have forgotten to ask ad discuss some very important questions. In order to optimize the preparation for your consultation and avoid forgetting any matters of importance we are offering a checklist.
We recommend that you print the checklist and make appropriate notes, which could form a good basis for any discussions with your doctor and avoid omissions during discussion.
